I’m looking for a cool email address. I’m male, in my 20’s, and professional. Something short and cool but still semi professional. I would also like it to have something to do with Skiing as the majority of my clients are from the ski industry. Also if i could include my initials or my first name that would be great.

I just started Mountain Biking at a local trail here in town. The more experienced bikers tend to shout "Clear!" or "Clearback!" when riding around. I think this has something to do with letting other riders know if the path is clear but i’m not sure how to appropriately use the terms. Can anyone help clarify?
When riding this is to let you know as you figured out if you can expect other riders to be coming up. On multi-directional trail this gives you a idea if you need to be more cautious as there may be more riders following. If there are more riders following normally you’ll call off how many more, as in 3 riders back. The last rider will normally give the "clear".
I have a .177 cal air rifle. Are the Crosman Copperhead Flat Nose Pellets any good for Hunting? What do you prefer or recommend using? Thanks!
Josh is correct, except a .410 or 20 ga would be adequate. I find .22’s and pellets really mess up the animal with a gut shot, whereas the shot do not.
I am a student, so I don’t have that much money. But I love to go fishing. So I wonder what would be the best type of boat for a budget under $5000.
I’m really interested in getting a zodiac, but I’m not sure how good that is for Fishing.
Thanks for any suggestions.
If I were you I would look into the used boats. Have you ever heard of Bass Tracker boats? If not, look into them. I’ve seen plenty of used Bass Trackers in good condition for the 5,000 dollar price range.
They are alluminum boats and normally have about a 90hp outboard on them. They are obviously specifically designed for fishing.
We are early 30s, classy and hot looking. We want to go to a resort where the Skiing is good, there is good nightlife/social, etc, and where it attracts a large portion of single/divorced guys between 30-55.
Any big events we could tie it in with too would be fun.
Any ideas?

Hello,
I am looking for some good Mountain Biking trails close to Winnipeg Manitoba. In particular I am interested in some really long trails which would be multiple day excursions.
Thanks.
run down to your local bike dealer and ask them…I couldn’t find you one on google…
I have a 3 month old English Springer Spaniel pup. I would like him to be my bird dog someday. At what age can he actually hunt, and when should I start training him on Hunting tasks? I do not really have much bird hunting experience myself. I hunt big game but have always wanted to bird hunt. I just don’t have anyone to do it with, so I got my own partner!
Also, is it possible to completely train him at home, or should I seek professional advice?
Thanks!
People disagree on this point. For upland dogs, I’m in the camp of later is actually better. Exposure to wings and birdscent can be started as early as possible, but training where there’s more pressure on the dog (whoah training, formal OB, collar conditioning) should be started between 6mo and a year. Retriever people start earlier, but retriever training is more OB heavy. With the pointing and flushing dogs, you want to have a confident dog, and you want to develop and keep that antural bird drive as intact as possible. Pressure too early can quash a little of that drive and independence, and you can end up with a ’sticky’ dog who won’t venture far enough out on its own to be much good at finding birds.
As far as force fetching goes, many retriever people will begin with ‘hold’ (pretty low pressure) as soon as the adult teeth are all in and move to the fetch with ear pinch or toe hitch after a good hold is established. Many upland people wait until a year for force fetch with their pointing a flushing breeds, however.
It IS possible to train him as an amateur, but I would invest in a good training DVD program. There are a bunch of good ones, and they walk you through the entire process.

Good Luck!
Add: H&F’s advice about whistle training and joining a group is really good. I took it, and now have a whole network for my lab!
I’m planning a fishing trip on Basin Bayou and would like to know how the fishing there is? I haven’t been able to find any Fishing reports on this particular bayou and would love information from anyone that’s fished it.
I’m not going to lie, I had to look to see where Portland, Fl is. I’ve never fished in that particular area and dont know anyone that has but this time of year the fishing is good. I fish throughout Florida including the panhandle and this time of year Seatrout, Redfish and Scallops and sharks are the main targets of most people. I’m not really sure what you are after but the best fishing is done early morning or late afternoon. Email me specifics and I’ll help you out
